Students and faculty took the lead in alternative energy research in the early 1970s, and today our global campus "green print" initiatives include forward-thinking academic programs, global conferences, solar and biodiesel research, and recycling efforts. It's part of what NYIT President Edward Guiliano has called a "sustained focus on sustainability."
