All application materials must be submitted in English. All translations must be certified and accompanied by official/original document(s).
Applicants who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada must obtain a study permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). APPLY EARLY! A study permit application may take weeks or months to be approved. Contact a Canadian embassy, consulate, or immigration office or go to the CIC web site for a study permit application.
A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 USD is due with the application.
$26,100 For students requiring 30 credit-hours
(Non-waivable core 21 credit-hours + electives 9 credit-hours)
$41,760 For students requiring 48 credit-hours
(Non-waivable core 21 credit-hours + electives 9 credit-hours + waivable core 18 credit-hours)
The Acceptance Deposit ($2,600 USD) is due within three weeks of acceptance. This fee is applied to tuition upon registration. This fee is non-refundable unless documentation is provided to show the student is unable to enter Canada.
Tuition and ancillary fees (Student Activity/Library fee) are due at time of registration. See the Graduate Catalog for current refund policy.
Fees may be paid by cheque, money order, or bank draft.
Scholarship: Applicants admitted to the M.B.A. Program at NYIT-Vancouver are considered for the Vancouver Graduate Scholar Award in the amount of $1,500 USD per year. This merit-based scholarship recognizes students who achieved academic excellence during their undergraduate studies. To be considered for the award, file an application with all required documents and transcripts to the office of admissions. The scholarship is renewable to full time students who maintain a GPA of 3.0.
