Overview

NYIT Auditorium on Broadway, part of New York Institute of Technology, is a new state-of-the-art theater space located in the heart of Columbus Circle.

NYIT Auditorium on Broadway is appropriate for lectures, film screenings, poetry readings, one-person shows, workshops, meetings, seminars, symposia, debates, educational programs, multimedia presentations, press conferences, awards programs, and product launches.

With cutting-edge audiovisual equipment, comfortable seating, professional staging and décor, experienced sales and events personnel, and of course, “location, location, location,” NYIT Auditorium on Broadway is an excellent option for your next event.

Space Rental

To rent NYIT Auditorium on Broadway for an event, complete the Reservation Request Form (PDF) a recommended eight weeks prior to your event. Send the form via fax to 516.686.7980 or via e-mail to aob@nyit.edu. The venue is available for rent by non-NYIT organizations.

About the Space

The 3,172-square-foot Auditorium can seat up to 262 guests.

The platform stage is 10 feet deep and 26 feet wide.

The Atrium, just off street level, is 906 square feet and serves as the lobby and entrance for the auditorium. This offers an ideal location for standing receptions, registration, and pre-function food and beverage requirements.
