Pre-Commencement Events
Degree candidates, their guests, and NYIT alumni are invited to participate in the pre-commencement activities listed below:
Commencement Information Sessions - Wednesday, April 23, 5 - 7 p.m.
The Office of Student Affairs will host information sessions to answer all commencement-related questions at the Old Westbury campus (Student Activity Center) and Manhattan campus (Student Activities Building). Mayfest - Thursday, May 1
Join us for this annual celebration featuring music and carnival games.
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sports Complex, Old Westbury campus
Senior Week: May 6 - May 9, 2008
During the week of May 6 - 9, seniors can pick up their tickets; purchase their cap and gown; have a senior portrait taken; order a class ring or graduation announcement card; order a commencement DVD; and pick up their Golden Key Honour Society ropes. (More details)
GradStream
Seniors or their families can prepare messages via GradStream to be played on the electronic board during commencement.
