How do I remove or delete my personal Web page?

In order to permanently  remove the personal Web page you created, you will need to submit a written request, together with a photo ID, to Academic Computing. Your written request should include your full name, student ID number, a photo ID with your name on it, date of graduation (if applicable), your Web page address, and the request must have your signature at the bottom. You may then fax the request to Teddy Mullings, Assistant Director, Office of User Support Services, at fax number 516.686.1134.
