Do you have any summer programs in architecture for high school students?

NYIT’s School of Architecture and Design offers motivated high school students an opportunity to discover the many aspects of professional architecture, landscape architecture, planning, and interior design in an intensive, studio-based program at NYIT's Manhattan campus through our Pre-College Summer Exploration Program (scroll down). Design projects, including computer-aided design, drawing, and model building, combined with architectural history and theory, walking tours, and office visits, are parts of the summer program, which may serve as a prelude to a career in design. Students gain insights into the study and practice of architecture and its related professions by working with NYIT faculty and meeting with local architects. For program dates and application, check out the website.
