When should international students arrive in the U.S.?

Immigration regulations state that international students may arrive in the U.S. no sooner than 30 days prior to the start of classes. Please be sure to check the academic calendar for semester start dates. Academic Calendars through spring 2009 can be found on NYITConnect on the scrolling message board on left side of the page.

International students accepted to NYIT will receive a complete packet of information regarding housing, how to get to campus, and information relating to the I-20 visa.
