How do I connect to the Internet at NYIT with my laptop?

In order to connect to NYIT's Wi-Fi Network your device must meet minimal system requirements that include:

• Windows computers must be running at least Windows XP Service Pack 2 Operating System or higher and have a valid NYIT approved anti virus program with current virus definitions. 
• Apple computers must be running OSX 10.4 (Tiger) or higher and have a valid NYIT approved anti virus program with current virus definitions
• All other devices (tablets, hand helds, game consoles) have no system requirements.
