Domestic Applications: There is no deadline for applications from prospective students living in the United States. Admission to NYIT is on a rolling basis, and applications are considered as soon as they are received.

International Applications: must be submitted by July 1 for the fall semester and by December 1 for the spring semester. A decision is made in approximately two to three weeks from the time your completed application is received.

To find out how to apply to NYIT online or by mail, click here. If you apply online, the $50 application fee is waived when you type the code ASKNYITLT in the section of the application that asks for your payment.

For more information or to check your application status, contact the Office of Admissions at 1.800.345.NYIT(6948) or 516.686.2870 or e-mail admissions@nyit.edu.

document Ok its been a long time since i was in school. in HS my scores wer sub-par because i was bored most of the time. After HS i went to a college for graphic design but still wanted more. Its been 2 years and now im at SCCC taking a bunch of Lib arts classes. How do I go about being able to transfer into the pre-med classes. My SAT score was ok it wasnt great but people keep telling me that as long as you take all the sci-math and everything else that transferring shouldnt be hard. what do i need to do to make it into the premed program. Id like to go for my DO. Ive always loved all things medical. I love problem solving and really difficult challenges and i found it in medicine. So how do i get there? -Cat
