NYIT freshman Meghan Emanuelo (Deer Park, N.Y.) continues to reap the rewards of her stellar freshman campaign as she was voted to the 2008 Daktronics East All-Region First Team today.Emanuelo, who led the Bears with 14 goals, is the first women's soccer player to win this award and she is the only women's soccer player from the East Coast Conference who was voted to the first team.
