Rozeta Bicaku is an adjunt professor at New York Institute of Technology, where she teaches a technical communication course. She started her journey in Canada with an M.A. in TESOL which she received from Trinity Western University. She graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University Alexander Xhuvani in Elbasan, Albania, specializing in the teaching of English. She carried out the studies of Master of first level for the Didactics of the English Language at the University Ca' Foscari in Venice, Italy, and the studies of Master of the second level for the Didactics of the English Language and Literature at Tor Vergata University in Rome, Italy. She holds the scientific degree "Doctor in Education" that she defended at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana.

Bicaku has worked as a university lecturer in Albania for more than 15 years. Subjects she has taught include English as a Foreign Language, English for Specific Purposes, Theory of Education, History of Pedagogy, Didactics, Teaching Methodologies, and Professional Communication.
