For students who are planning to attend classes in Manhattan, NYIT offers a full - service residence hall, located on the Upper West Side, just a quick subway or bus ride from the Manhattan campus.
Riverside Terrace Residence Hall, located at 350 W. 88th St., offers single and double rooms in a facility fully supervised by full-time, professionally trained staff of the Office of Housing and Residential Life, as well as resident assistants.
