The Office of Housing and Residential Life offers single,double, and triple occupancy residential accommodations for the summer season. Summer Housing is available to both NYIT and non-NYIT students. Proof of summer class registration or internship in Manhattan must be provided. Students will reside in the Riverside Residence located at 350 W. 88th St in Manhattan. Every room is furnished and has a private bathroom. In order to reserve a space, students must submit the summer housing application with a nonrefundable deposit of $300 for NYIT students and $500 for Non-NYIT students. Students and Interns will be charged according to the rates listed below. Students and Interns will only be placed in doubles and triples if there is a roommate to assign. If no roommate is available, students will be assigned to single occupancy rooms.
