Join Richard Leo, CFO of Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems' Battle Management and Engagement Systems Division headquartered in Bethpage, N.Y., as he shares his successful career strategies and the challenges facing the future leaders of industry as we build a more secure tomorrow.
