Join Richard Leo, CFO of Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems' Battle Management and Engagement Systems Division headquartered in Bethpage, N.Y., as he shares his successful career strategies and the challenges facing the future leaders of industry as we build a more secure tomorrow. From building and managing cyber-security platforms to advanced weapon systems to corporate responsibility, the public and private sectors will be challenged to break down the silos between engineering and administration.
