Every spring semester hundreds of employers viist NYIT for the All Majors Job and Internship Fair. This is a chance for Old Westbury and Manhattan students to meet employers face-to-face and find opportunities for full-time jobs and internships.

NYIT students have traveled to Perú, Ecuador, and New York City and were exposed to social and cultural issues through community involvement and experiential learning with the YMCA. Learn more about alternative break and how you can make an impact in your local or global community.
The student-managed Community Service Centers (CSC) promote and organize community service and volunteeting opportunities. Get involved and you'll find there's nothing like direct service in building community. Our projects include: voter registration drives, service-learning placements with non-profits, chat partners for learning English conversation, and campus conversations to relfect on the issues of the day.
