Presidential Appearance Forms

To assist the Office of the President in managing the president's schedule, please initiate any invitation for the president to speak at or attend a conference or event by completing a Request for Presidential Appearance form. Please submit at least six weeks prior to the scheduled event. For more information or questions, please email the Office of Communications and Marketing at updates@nyit.edu or call 516.686.7841.

Digital Signs (New York and Vancouver campuses only)

The digital signs on the New York and Vancouver campuses are an effective means of broadcasting your department's or club's announcements to busy NYIT students.

Events and Other Messages: Please submit date, time, location, and any relevant details via the updates request form.

Have Your Own Design?: Your poster or other design can be adapted to play on the digital signs, subject to review and approval (Requirements: landscape, 1280x720 pixels, .png or .jpg file format). Contact John Roleke at jroleke@nyit.edu or 516.686.7849.

Student Work: Subject to approval, student work can be published on the digital signs. Prior to assignment, faculty should contact John Roleke at jroleke@nyit.edu or 516.686.7849.
