Biography
Denise Donaldson Kaiser, M.B.A., M.S., R.D., C.S.G., C.D.N., is involved in researching a variety of topics including healthy aging for older Americans, pressure ulcer reduction in long term care, and unplanned significant weight loss.
She is active in many organizations including the American Dietetic Association, where she is a reviewer for the ADA’s Evidence Library. She is involved with the Food and Culinary Professionals, Dietetic Educator of Practitioners, Nutrition Education of Health Professionals, and more.
Before joining NYIT in 2004, Kaiser was the director of nutrition and food in three facilities.
She received an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from NYIT. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in health and society from Stony Brook University.
