All School of Management graduate programs are designed to advance your ability to progress within your career towards upper management and leadership positions in global organizations. In recognition of the need for industry leaders to be well grounded in the enduring principles of globalized markets, the graduate programs instill the prescience to proactively navigate the business landscape, integrate strategic initiatives that support business development, add value to an organization, and serve your community.

  • The MBA program, designed for emerging leaders and pre-experieince aspiring professionals, prepares you to lead effectively in a technology-intensive global economy, in a variety of fields. Through a combination of cross-disciplinary instruction, and hard and soft skill development, you will be prepared to effectively manage your career throughout your lifetime. The MBA value proposition is focused on the three pillars of: Learning, Career, and Experieince and Community.
  • The MBA-CFA track aims to prepare you to successfully complete the qualifying examinations on the pathway towards a career as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
  • The EMBA program is designed for professionals typically further along in their career path, often on track for advancement to senior management., and is designed to deliver impact — for you and your organization. The program focuses on cross-disciplinary skills and strategies as well as in-depth, specialized topics relevant to students’ specific interests. The EMBA program, offered through international collaboration and resource integration, is cohort-based, emphasizes practice/application, is lecture intensive, and is scheduled so as to minimize the interruption of participant work schedules
  • The BS/MBA program in Accounting aims to prepare you to successfully complete the New York State CPA (Certified Public Accountant) examination and pursue a rewarding career in the public accounting profession.
  • The MS program in Human Resource Management is designed to prepare you to become a successful Human Resource/Employee Relations leaders in a dynamic, interconnected, competitive global business environment by providing you with a high-quality, solution-oriented learning experience.
