Who can benefit from the SHRM Essentials of HR Management course?
Designed as a thorough introduction to HR basics, the SHRM Essentials of HR Management course provides a solid foundation in human resource management and is effective training across multiple job responsibilities and career paths.
At your company, the link between your employees’ performance and your company’s success is a direct one. Now more than ever, the HR challenges small companies and start-ups face can make or break business success.
In a small company, managers and supervisors tend to take on responsibilities outside their skill set, and HR is often one of these. Managers and supervisors end up performing basic HR duties that include all aspects of human resource work and require a range of knowledge that the SHRM Essentials of HR Management course provides.
