Community Service and Social Awareness Programs
Community service team

Students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of community service activities and initiatives. These initiatives focus on cultivating a strong sense of community through activities that promote both personal growth and collaboration with others.

Toy drive

Events held immerse students in the issues that are currently impacting society and its future. Students devote their time to positively changing the lives of both their peers and the surrounding community. The School of Management believes that engaging in such activities can not only help create a more well-rounded individual, but will help enhance one’s core principles such as leadership, integrity and ethics.

Community service partners have included:

One Student Advancement point is typically earned for a contribution to the success of a community service activity. Students must evidence their involvement of delivering a community service activity, or provide written evidence of supporting a community service activity to earn a point. Community Service activities outside of the School of Management are typically eligible, as well, with appropriate written evidence, as noted above.
