The Indian Graduate Student Association is a non-profit organization for all the students from India. The main objective of association is to organize cultural programs and create social atmosphere in the New York Institute of Technology for the benefit of the school and its students. We know how tough it is to travel thousands of miles away from home and settle down into a new life here. Our purpose is to help new students with the educational and social issues that they may face at NYIT and serve as a link between our Indian students and the community. Student-student and student-community interactions are also highly encouraged. Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for Indian students to interact and share the joy of the culture and heritage.
