Fall Lunch Specials
NYIT’s de Seversky Center offers a buffet lunch every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in September, October and November. Call 516.686.1249 for reservations.

Grandparents Day
Spend the day with your grandchildren, and treat them to a wonderful lunch. Children ages 5 - 12 eat for half price, and children under age 5 eat free. Call 516.686.1249 for reservations.

Seafood Buffet Dinner
Dinner features a wonderful variety of hot foods, including baked clams, muscles, potato crusted tilapia with chive and mustard sauce, crab cakes, herb-crusted salmon, grouper with plum tomatoes and oregano, vegetables and rice pilaf. A variety of cold food selections include chilled calamari and crab salad, shrimp, crab claws, mesclun greens, raw bar with clams and half-shell oysters, dessert cart and fresh fruit display. Twilight Champagne Reception and Four-Course Wine Dinner
Receive complimentary Pacific Echo sparkling wine while you treat yourself to delicious hors d’oeuvres, including sautéed crab cakes, potato latkes with duck confit and apricot chutney, fresh herb frittata and a smoked salmon station. Following the cocktail reception, enjoy an elegant four-course dinner featuring a first-course of poached Maine lobster with beefsteak tomato with basil and yellow pepper oil and a second course of grilled swordfish with pineapple and mango salsa with basmati rice pilaf and grilled asparagus. International Wine Tasting Dinner
Chef Robert Rizzuto of NYIT’s de Seversky Center, Stew Leonards Vintners of Farmingdale and Banfi Vintners of Old Brookville present an international four-course wine tasting dinner. Begin the evening with hors d’oeuvres including oysters, clams, crab, lobster and shrimp served with a Cecchi Litorale Vermentino. The four-course dinner features a first course of fennel truffle sole wrapped in potato with fennel broth served with a Castello Montauto Vernaccia di San Gimignano and a second course of Jurgielewicz Farms duck salad with matsutake mushrooms, pear hazelnut vinaigrette served with Val delle Rose Morellino di Scansano DOC. Entrée includes grilled skirt steak with caramelized cipollini onions, sweet onion risotto cakes and rainbow swiss chard served with a Villa Cerna Chianti Classico Riserva. Second Annual Wining Duck Experience

Prime Rib Buffet Dinner

NYIT’s de Seversky Center is one of the premier conference and dining facilities in the New York metropolitan area and a setting for weddings, business meetings and other celebratory occasions. Its beautiful mansion is open to the public for lunch Wednesday - Friday and for dinner several nights each month. The center is named for well-known Russian aviator Alexander P. de Seversky, who played a key role in NYIT’s acquisition of the estate in 1972. NYIT’s de Seversky Center is led by Robert J. Rizzuto, executive chef and general manager, who has more than 20 years of culinary experience, is certified by the American Culinary Federation and along with his staff is an honoree of the James Beard Society.
