NYIT Honors Faculty and Staff with Employee Recognition Awards


Old Westbury, N.Y., Feb. 15, 2006: One hundred and nine members of the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) faculty and staff have been honored with Employee Recognition Awards for their years of dedicated service to the college. During the ceremony, NYIT President Edward Guiliano, Ph.D., thanked all recipients for their commitment to higher education and said, “In this, our 50th anniversary year, it is a pleasure to celebrate your individual accomplishments as we honor the school’s overall success. Thanks to you, thousands of students have gone on to great careers, and thousands more will enjoy the added value that comes from earning an NYIT education.”
