NYIT to Host Renewable Long Island's Solar Tour Day 2009

NYIT and LIPA will host ReLI's annual Solar Tour of Long Island, showcasing NYIT's second solar carport.

WHO: NYIT, Renewable Energy Long Island (ReLI), and Long Island Power Authority (LIPA)

WHEN: Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009 - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

WHERE: NYIT, Old Westbury campus

WHY: NYIT's Old Westbury campus will be a venue for ReLI's Solar Tour Day 2009, hosting visitors from Long Island and showcasing the second of NYIT's two new solar carports.
