Why study at NYIT?
Because of its diverse student body. It makes the college experience unique and interesting. Not to mention Columbus Circle in New York City is a perfect location for a communication arts student.
T.K. Steele Memorial Scholarship
As president of NYIT's PR Club, I am working to collaborate with major public relations and advertising agencies in New York. My goal is to provide our members with opportunities for professional and personal growth. Luckily for us, many industry insiders are eager to work with us.
Become a creative director for an advertising agency or boutique firm.
Best NYIT experiences
Helping new students get involved on campus. NYIT has taught me a lot, so whenever I have an opportunity to share my experiences with others, I feel accomplished. Working at the Community Service Center in Manhattan also makes me proud.
Google maps app for my iPhone. I would definitely get lost without it.
My mom. Everything that I do in life is inspired by her determination and hard work. And Amy Bravo, assistant dean of career services at NYIT. She never gives up on anyone. I have never seen that before.

Playing the violin and doing yoga.
One of my design professors once said: "Be here, now." That has somehow stuck with me, and I'm trying to live by those words. Every moment is unique and shall not be wasted.
