New York Institute of Technology reserves the right to withhold student records and diplomas until all financial obligations to the university (including fees, fines, and security deposits) have been satisfied. New York Tech expressly reserves the right, whenever it deems it advisable, to:

• Change or modify its schedule of tuition and fees
• Withdraw, cancel, reschedule, or modify any course, program of study, degree, or any requirement in connection with any of the foregoing
