Imagine using 3-D printed parts to make a robot and then using that robot arm to make anything you want—including new robots. What would you create with your robot minions?
Explore these endless possibilities in this four-day make-a-robot hackathon. All interested students are welcome!
This quick build combines hardware and software development, beginning with creating a functional robot arm. Next you'll learn the robot's easy language and then discover ways to put your robot to work. Faculty members from across the university will be on-site to help you.
Times
- September 17 – 20: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Location
- Innovation Lab, Wisser Library, Long Island (Old Westbury, N.Y.) Campus
