Visit the Museum of Vancouver

June 26, 2021
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Visiting a museum is one of the best ways to learn more about a new city and country. The Museum of Vancouver specializes in everything from anthropology to local history. Let us develop a deeper understanding of Vancouver through stories, objects, and shared experiences.

The Museum of Vancouver, located in Vanier Park, focuses on the city’s history from the First Nations until today. It houses an extensive collection of First Nations artwork and artifacts, and its permanent exhibitions include "1930s-1940s: Boom, Bust, and War;" "1960s-1970s: You Say You Want a Revolution;" and "Neon Vancouver/Ugly Vancouver."

We will be covering all of their exhibitions: "The City Before the City," "Neon Vancouver," "Haida Now," "That Which Sustains Us," and so much more.

  • Date/Time: Saturday, June 26, 10 a.m. to noon
  • Location: Museum of Vancouver, 1100 Chestnut Street
