Nutrition Expert Suggests Healthy Snack

With low-fat varieties of cottage cheese and fruits’ array of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, the combination proves a healthy snack.

“Cottage cheese is a good source of protein and [can] be a filling part of any meal,” says Haar. “As fruit brings a different set of nutrients to the mix, it’s a great complement to cottage cheese.”
