As we approach mid-semester, we would like to encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to receive feedback from your students. Early to mid-semester check-ins are a useful tool in being able to discern how different aspects of your course are working for your students.

You may preview a copy of the survey at http://bit.ly/MSF-Questions. Note that you also have the option to add 1-2 questions specific to your course or an area you seek to receive feedback. You will be presented with a field to provide custom survey questions on this registration form.

Once survey results have been compiled, you will receive a .pdf report of the results, with a summary and a few accompanying suggestions. We will be in touch.
