Event Support Form

This form is only for those seeking the External Affairs team's support hosting an upcoming event. If you need an event added to our website calendar, start here. If you would like help with email promotions or event branding, start here.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Please submit this event form:

  • at least 16 weeks prior to your event if it is a major institutional event that requires support from New York Tech’s External Affairs/Events and Conferences team (i.e., Energy Conference, SOURCE, etc.).
  • at least 6 weeks prior if the event has an in-person component.

In-Person Events:
All events that include in-person participation must be approved by the Office of Capital Planning and Facilities and the Chief Medical Officer. This form will facilitate that approval.

We will review your request and provide guidance for event planning that is aligned with current state and local guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Updated campus access policies are posted online.
