Faculty Voices

As the hike leader for the Long Island chapter of PasstoPass, I plan day hikes once a month for people with Parkinson’s and their friends and loved ones. The healing effects of nature, socializing, and having an activity they can do with their families are priceless. I’m a very big proponent of empowering people with Parkinson’s to do things they thought they couldn’t do.
