Deadlines

The deadline to complete the 2024–2025 FAFSA is June 30, 2025.

If you experience technical issues while completing the FAFSA, please call the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1.800.433.3243 for assistance.

File early to maximize your financial aid eligibility, especially if you plan on being a full-time student.

The SAR provides a summary of the information you reported on the FAFSA. If any corrections are requested, make them online immediately.

Your FAFSA may be randomly selected for verification of the information you’ve reported—a process the federal government uses to monitor the accuracy of the system. If so, we’ll ask you to complete a Verification Worksheet and submit certain documentation (e.g. federal tax return transcripts or W-2s) to the Office of Financial Aid for review.

We’ll notify you by email or mail as soon as we’ve prepared your financial aid package. This is typically a combination of federal, state, and institutional scholarships, grants, work-study opportunities, and/or low-interest loans. New students will be able to review their package in their Admitted Student Portal. Once deposited, students can sign in to the Student Service HUB—Your Home for University Business—to view a detailed description of your Financial Assistance Plan. You must accept, reduce, or decline all or any part of the proposed aid package online upon receiving your Financial Assistance Plan.

You may need to submit additional documentation depending on the types of aid you have accepted. Required documents will be listed on your Student Service HUB To Do List with instructions on where and how to submit them.

To submit documents and forms to the Office of Financial Aid, please use the secure document submission portal.

Additional scholarships, grants, and/or loans from outside sources or private organizations may be available if you need additional resources to cover your cost of attendance. You may also enroll in an interest-free, tuition payment plan through the Office of the Bursar.
