New York Institute of Technology is governed by a Board of Trustees, who are national leaders, entrepreneurs, and strategists in their fields.

New York Tech President Hank Foley, Ph.D., oversees the university system, which includes six schools and colleges with campuses and programs throughout the world. Reporting to President Foley are the members of the President’s Council, who are responsible for academics, operations, long-range planning, and other administrative functions at the university.
