In the Digital Film and TV Production, B.F.A., you’ll join a program that will jumpstart your journey to becoming a filmmaker. From the very beginning, you’ll learn to produce, direct, shoot, light, edit, record, and exhibit. 

You’ll work with ProdCo, New York Tech’s student-run production company, where you can make films of all kinds, music videos, icommercial spots, and more. You’ll also work with outside clients or show your films via Globesville, our student-run web channel. 

You’ll gain the real-world experience you need to stand out to employers (and make important industry connections) while interning in New York City’s film or television production companies, post-production houses, or advertising agencies. 

You’ll graduate with extensive knowledge of how to be a valuable part of the full production team, working with the industry’s latest technology in New York Tech’s HD studio and control room with graphic workstations, a wireless cellular field camera, multi-track audio recording, a modern LED lighting fleet, and more.
