What You’ll Learn

Program Details

To be eligible to apply to the Exercise and Sport Science, M.S. program, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in exercise science or equivalent
- A minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0
- To have completed specific general education requirements in the liberal arts and sciences
To apply, submit the following:
- Online application
- A 300–500-word essay
- Two letters of recommendation
- $50 application fee
- Copies of undergraduate transcripts for all schools attended
- Copy of college diploma or proof of degree
Explore opportunities to offset program costs, including New York Tech scholarships, graduate assistantships, and federal financial aid.
International F-1 students who successfully complete this degree program are eligible for an additional 24-month STEM OPT extension to work in the U.S. in an area directly related to their area of study immediately upon completing the customary 12-month post-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT).
