Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP)

Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP)

Experience support, connection, and opportunity as part of the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP), which is offered at NYIT-New York City. Sponsored jointly with the state of New York, Arthur O. Eve HEOP allows New York Institute of Technology to achieve its mission of providing educational opportunity to all qualified students.

We assist students who may have financial and academic hardship and would otherwise be unable to earn a college degree. Depending on your needs and circumstances, we may offer financial assistance for tuition, books, transportation, and some personal expenses. You may also receive academic and personal counseling, study skills training, tutoring, and career counseling.
