Are you a high school student interested in taking a college course at New York Tech? Whether during the fall, spring or over the summer, we welcome motivated high school students to join us in the classroom.

Business Bootcamp
Throughout the year, New York Tech’s School of Management offers a free, virtual boot camp to prepare interested high school students for the business school experience. Enjoy college-level one-hour workshops taught by expert faculty. This boot camp offers critical baseline training that will give you an extra edge as you apply to college and a leg-up in your business classes.
Middle School Summer Maker Academy
This in-person, weeklong academy is held within New York Tech’s on-campus Maker Spaces and the HIVE, and it will engage 10 to 13-year-old students in hands-on workshops designed to teach laser cutting/engraving, 3-D modeling and printing, and Arduino programming.
High School Summer Maker Academy
This in-person, weeklong academy is held within New York Tech’s on-campus Maker Spaces and the HIVE, and it will engage 14 to 18-year-old students in hands-on workshops designed to teach 3-D modeling and printing, laser cutting/engraving, PCB design, Arduino prototyping/coding, and soldering.
New York Tech Advance
The New York Tech Advance program allows high school students to enroll in university-approved high school courses that, upon completion, award New York Institute of Technology college credit. These courses, in addition to counting toward high school graduation, provide students with a head start on their college education at a steeply discounted rate.
