Veterans Day Parade 2024

The New York Tech community is invited to honor and show appreciation to our veterans as well as all U.S. personnel who have served and to those currently serving by participating in the 2024 New York City Veterans Day Parade on Monday, November 11.

Produced by the United War Veterans Council (UWVC), the parade dates back to 1919 and continues traditions from the earliest days of our nation.

Students, alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to participate, along with family and friends.

This is an all-day event, with participants gathering before the parade, which runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants should be prepared to stand for long periods of time and to walk up 5th Avenue.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the following form in its entirety by Monday, November 4. A limited-edition New York Tech Veterans Day shirt will be provided to participants at the parade on a first-come, first-served basis.
