New York Tech’s College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) is committed to preparing osteopathic physicians who are embedded in and connected to their communities, from the diverse urban landscape of New York City to rural and underserved areas around the world.

The Positive STRIDES Program recognizes outstanding members of our community that complete good-kind-positive-inclusive acts that help make NYITCOM an even better and more positive place in the world.

Holistic Wellness
Medical school is a rigorous and challenging time, and NYITCOM knows that it’s important to promote a holistic sense of well-being as a balance to those demands. Through the Lens Initiative
The Through the Lens Initiative (TTLI) strives to visualize, memorialize, empower, and invite community members to document creatively what is around us through any type of original photography.
Move It 15!
Created to promote overall health and wellness, the Move It 15! Initiative encourages NYITCOM community members to join quick, easy fitness breaks with an On-Demand Video Library of 15-minute fitness videos.
