Change Network

Our change network is a critical support structure designed to ensure a smooth transition as we implement Workday across our institution. This network, comprised of specialized change agents from many areas, collaborates to provide effective communication, seamless deployment, and user adoption during the Workday transition.

The change agents serve as critical advocates and facilitators within their areas, as a link between their teams and the central project management. They play an essential role in distributing information, enhancing focused training sessions, and giving hands-on support customized to the requirements of their colleagues. Furthermore, these agents actively engage in end-user conversations, providing feedback, thus allowing us to fine-tune our strategy and improve user experiences within the project.
