The Workday implementation project will have a positive and substantial impact on New York Tech faculty and staff. In order to ensure that we achieve long-term and sustainable outcomes, it is critical to engage community members affected during the implementation process. During the early phases of the project, the team will develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan that will provide a variety of different (and hopefully fun!) ways to engage in the project. One of the more formal aspects of engagement is the formation of advisory groups and working groups. At this time we envision three advisory groups and one working group, although the number and structure of the groups may evolve over the life of the project.

Membership in each of the above groups will be solicited from the New York Tech community.
