Dear Colleagues:

We write to formally update you on the status of the evaluation and selection process for the HCM Finance Transformation Project. We are pleased to announce that following a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of software options, New York Tech has selected Workday as its new enterprise solution for HR, Payroll and Finance, which will replace our current Oracle EBS system. This decision was based upon the product demos and other information provided by the vendors and the Tambellini Group, and was heavily influenced by feedback we received from the New York Tech community members who participated in this important process. As part of this evaluation phase we have also selected Accenture as the implementation partner for the project, who will assist New York Tech in ensuring a successful implementation.

The project timeline remains on track, with a formal project launch planned for January 2024, and the new system Go Live in July 2025. In the meantime we will begin to formally assemble the project team and engage in some pre-project preparation activities. We are also working to launch a project web site, which we will use as one of several venues for sharing updates and information about the project.

We will continue to provide you with updates as the project progresses, and we will also provide a variety of opportunities to engage with the project and learn more about Workday. Thank you in advance for your support for this important New York Tech initiative.
