Peer Advisors (PAs) are specially trained to help you with creating schedules and navigating many other New York Tech resources. Check out their schedules here.

Below are the different types of holds that you might see on your account and the ways to resolve them:

• Financial Hold: You have a balance from this fall semester. Contact the Bursar at 516.686.7510 for assistance.
• Admissions Hold: You may be missing your high school or former college transcripts. Contact Admissions at admissions@nyit.edu for assistance.
• Student Must See Advisor Hold: This is your advising hold and to have this removed, you will need to schedule an advising appointment with your advisor to discuss your courses for next semester.
• Immunization Hold: You have yet to submit your immunization records or they were not approved. See Immunization Policy for details.
